An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Specialist Services Care Group, based at Ninewells Hospital. This exciting new CNS role in Neurosciences offers an excellent opportunity to be involved in improving experience and pathways of care for patients within the service. The post holder will be part of the core team and will respond to rapidly patients to provide timely care. This post holder will help ensure an MDT person centred approach to FND.

Relevant clinical experience, expert knowledge within Neurology and an accredited clinical examination qualification is essential, non-medical prescriber qualification is desirable (or willing to undertake). Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills are required.

They will deliver high quality evidence based and person-centred care to all patients within their remit.

The post holder will be an experienced nurse with the personal drive, clinical knowledge and commitment to undertake this challenging and rewarding role. They will possess highly developed communication skills and have experience of working effectively across professional boundaries.

Evidence of continual professional development within an appropriate clinical setting,

You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register and educated at Degree Level.
