Job summary

<p>We are looking for a dedicated and motivated <strong>Band 5 Staff Nurse (Health Visiting).</strong></p><p>The Health Visiting Staff Nurse is a registered nurse working as part of the Health Visiting Team providing preventative and <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">supportive health care to children and families in Bath & North East Somerset</span>. This includes the identification, monitoring and provision of targeted <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">support to vulnerable children and those whose welfare and safety may be at risk</span>. The successful candidate will works as a member of the Health Visiting Team maintaining a public health focus under the supervision of a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) to deliver the Healthy Programme in a variety of settings including the home and community venues as delegated by the Health Visitor.</p><p><strong>Base:</strong></p><p>The role Is based at St Martins Hospital - Kempthorne House.</p><p><strong>Please note that this role is part-time working 22.5 hours per week and is a fixed-term contract for 1 year.</strong></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Work within the boundaries of the Staff Nurse Competency framework</p></li><li><p>Work with the Health Visiting Team to achi
