- Experience preparing accounts (trial balance through to final accounts)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills

- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes*

- Exposure to business partnering or stakeholder-facing roles
- Experience working with large cost bases or multiple service lines
- NHS / healthcare experience (helpful but not essential)
