Play a key role in leading and coordinating the Trust's Employee Relations casework, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently, consistently and in a timely manner. Working closely with managers and stakeholders across the Trust, you will ensure casework is managed in accordance with EEAST policies and procedures, employment legislation and best practice, delivering high-quality outcomes that support our people and services.

Main duties of the job

To play a key leadership role within the Trust's Employee Relations function, leading on complex casework, providing expert employment relations advice, driving service improvements, and working collaboratively with HR colleagues, managers, and staff representatives to promote a fair, consistent, and positive workplace culture.
