Working in a busy Employee Relations team the post holder will provide a comprehensive, efficient, and effective operational Human Resources service providing professional HR advice to all staff groups. This includes advising and supporting Managers and staff on complex employee relations issues (including disciplinary/grievance/performance management and sickness absence) ensuring a positive internal and external reputation for the Trust.
You will help manage employee relations risk by providing expert ER advice and through the development of effective and credible working relationships with the Divisions and across the Trust positively influence patient and staff experience.
This is a hybrid role working remotely and on -site (minimum of 2 days on site) to meet service needs. You will work with a high level of autonomy as part of a small team of employee relations advisors and HR Business Partners providing HR advice to managers across the Trust .
