An opportunity has opened in the Employee Relations Team at Hillingdon Hospital. The Employee Relations Advisor will advise managers across two divisions alongside the HR Business Partners, Unplanned Care and Estates and Facilities for someone who understands the challenges of working with a large caseload.
The role will work between Mount Vernon and Hillingdon Hospital.
Main duties of the job
To provide operational HR/organisational development consultancy services across resourcing, medical staffing, service redesign, workforce remodelling, change management, employee relations/legislation, terms and conditions and employment policy/procedures.
The Employee Relations Advisor will: - Provide complex HR advice, support, guidance and facilitation on a broad range of operational HR matters.
- Undertake casework, including complex disciplinary, sickness, grievance and performance management casework.
- Support the Human Resources Business Partner in the planning and implementation of HR and organisational development strategies within designated areas and support the implementation of specific corporate human resources/organisational development projects as set by the Director of People and / or the Head of ER/ Business Partner
