Main duties of the job
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems and hospital infrastructure. From fault finding and testing to supporting critical building services, you'll work in a modern healthcare environment where your skills have a direct impact on patients, colleagues and visitors every day. What You'll Be Doing Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance Electrical testing, fault finding and minor installations Supporting essential hospital systems, including electrical infrastructure, ventilation and water services Working alongside specialist contractors and ensuring compliance with HTM guidance Participating in a 1-in-4 on-call rota Helping drive continuous improvement across the hospital estate

Experience in electrical maintenance and repair
Able to understand the requirements under HTM-06 and be either LV Competent Person or LV Authorised Person qualified and carry an 18th edition certificate
