DOMESTIC ASSISTANT
Band 2 - £26,696 to £28,988 pro rata
Plus £1,461 Distant Island Allowance pro rata
6 hours per week
Saturday & Sunday (at enhanced pay rates)

The opportunity has arisen for a Domestic Assistant post, to join our Domestic Services Team within the, Uist and Barra Hospital, Balivanich, Isle of BenbeculaHS7 5LA
The successful candidate will provide will be required to undertake a wide range of cleaning duties associated with maintaining a high standard of cleanliness always ensuring that a high-quality service provision.
To work alongside and support new staff in the working environment.
The successful candidate will need to achieve the Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers and comply with the Code of Conduct within three months of full-time employment or up to six months for part time workers. For further information see www.hcswtoolkit.nes.scot.nhs.uk
The successful applicant will be required to register with the PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) Scheme. This post is not eligible for relocation expenses.
