Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust (MYTT) is embarking on a major digital transformation through the implementation of the award winning Nervecentre Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. This transition from legacy systems to a modern, integrated EPR represents a significant step forward in supporting safe, efficient and high quality patient care across the Trust.
The Trust has a well established Digital Systems Team responsible for the management, maintenance, development and operational stability of its clinical digital systems. The Digital Systems Support Officer is a key member of this specialist team and will play an important role in supporting the transition to the new EPR, alongside the ongoing support and optimisation of existing clinical systems.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong interest in digital healthcare to gain hands on experience in clinical system support, system change, testing, training and continuous improvement, while being supported to develop technical and leadership skills. The role offers exposure to a wide range of clinical systems, close working relationships with clinicians and digital colleagues, and the chance to contribute directly to the Trusts wider Digital Strategy during a period of significant change and innovation.
