Are you an experienced administrator looking for your next opportunity within a forward-thinking NHS organisation?  At Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Officer to join our busy Digital Services team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of our Digital Strategy, working within a collaborative and supportive environment where innovation, teamwork and continuous improvement are valued.

Working closely with the Digital Services Business Admin Manager, you will provide high-quality, flexible administrative support across the department, helping to ensure the smooth running of a wide range of digital and operational activities.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide flexible and responsive administrative support across the Digital Services department
  • Support the Business Admin Manager with day-to-day administration and routine back-office functions
  • Assist with the coordination and administration of key Digital Strategy workstreams
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, distribute papers and take accurate minutes
  • Prepare, format and maintain professional documentation using Microsoft 365 applications
  • Store, manage and share documents effectively using Teams and SharePoint
  • Support effective communication and collaboration across the department
  • Demonstrate the Trust’s values by working collaboratively, striving for excellence and embracing innovation and positive change

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proven administrative experience with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Is confident using Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive and Copilot
  • Has experience supporting meetings, including preparing agendas and taking accurate minutes
  • Can effectively manage competing priorities and work independently when required
  • Builds positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrates a flexible, adaptable and positive approach

The role is based at the Greenwood Offices at Heatherwood Hospital in Ascot, with a hybrid working pattern of at least two days on site and flexibility to work one day from home.

This position is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.  Applicants must already hold the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the contract.
