Main duties of the job

We are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated Diabetes Specialist Nurse to work within our progressive team. This role will provide specialist expert advice to support and facilitate high quality individualised care to patients, relatives and carers during their time in hospital.

You will be a skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work alone; but be a contributing member of the team.
