Main duties of the job

As Deputy CPO, you will:

  • Lead the delivery of high quality, insight-driven operational People services
  • Oversee key functions including: HR Business Partnering Employee Relations & Investigations Medical Staffing Recruitment & Workforce Supply HR Operations

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team
  • Drive a “staff voice to action” approach, using workforce insight to inform decisions

You will play a critical role in ensuring our People services are:
