Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, operational performance and transformation of one of the largest acute healthcare organisations in the South East.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will help drive high-quality patient care, support organisational recovery and performance improvement, and lead major transformation programmes across the Trust. Main duties of the job

  • Deputise for the Chief Executive and provide strategic and operational leadership across the Trust.
