Do you want to make a real difference in a socially minded, values driven organisation? Do you want to work where your voice can be heard? We are a referral only dental service, bringing care to people who cannot be treated in general dental practice; our patients typically have learning disabilities, mental health issues or severe anxiety. They may be in situations or locations that traditional dental services cannot reach such as homelessness centres or secure settings. We focus on prevention through our oral health improvement and epidemiology programmes.

The post holder will deliver dental treatment and preventative care to patients and clients of Community Dental Services. Nottinghamshire clinics provide dental care for many groups in the community including patients with additional needs. You will be responsible for the management of paediatric and adult patients referred into the service.Working at other locations to support the client group will be required including other clinics, domiciliary and hospitals.

We recognise the positive value of having a workforce with a variety of lived experiences and that represent the communities we serve. Therefore, we welcome and encourage applications from all members of the community.
