This role is being advertised as a Customer Service Advisor however the successful applicant will be employed as a Client Care Coordinator.
Main duties of the job
The Role
This is not a coldcalling role. Youll be supporting clients during important and often emotional moments, ensuring every conversation is handled with empathy and care. Our team prides itself on creating a positive, supportive environment where your contribution genuinely matters.

Training & Working Pattern
Your journey begins 3rd August 2026 with 4 weeks of onsite training (MonFri, 8AM4PM).After 5 months onsite, youll have the option to move into hybrid working.
Shifts run between 8AM and 8PM, with an alternate Sunday shift
