The Critical Care Outreach Lead Nurse is a senior specialist role responsible for leading the Critical Care Outreach service, delivering expert clinical care and operational leadership. Main duties of the job

The role also involves leading service development through audit, research, and implementation of evidence-based guidelines and pathways.
Additionally, the post holder supports staff supervision, education and wellbeing, contributes to governance and performance reporting, and works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and continuity of care.
