*Deliver specialist inpatient and outpatient oncology care, including independent consultant led clinics
*Prescribe and manage systemic anti cancer treatments in line with Trust protocols
*Participate fully in tumour site multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings across the Trust
*Contribute to Acute Oncology services and inpatient ward attending commitments
*Participate in the consultant on call rota (1 in 14)
*Support undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, training and clinical supervision
*Engage in clinical governance, audit and service development activity
*Contribute to and support clinical research and trial recruitment, with opportunities to act as Principal Investigator
*Develop subspecialty interests and, where appropriate, undertake additional leadership roles within the department
