The postholder will oversee the psychology provision at:
HMP Nottingham, HMP Ranby, HMP Lowdham Grange, HMP Lincoln, HMP Morton Hall, HMP North Sea Camp, Swinderby Short Term Holding Facility, HMP Whitemoor, HMP Peterborough, HMP Littlehey, HMP Bedford, Yarlswood Immigration Removal Centre.

Main duties of the job
The postholder will also provide training, consultancy across the pathway to ensure that trauma informed practice is embedded across mental health, physical health and substance misuse services pathways.
They will work closely with clinicians within the multi-disciplinary team and operational managers. They will support teams to embed trauma informed practice to services and help teams to apply psychological models in the understanding of distress and support the Lead Psychologist for the Care Delivery Pathway to embed a Compassionate Culture due to the challenges of working in Secured environments.
They will also support and contribute to research, service evaluation and audit in the Pathway contributing to the Trusts academic aspirations.
