Job summary
We are looking for two compassionate, enthusiastic and caring Healthcare Assistant, who is reliable and flexible to join our Yeovil District Nursing team.If you have good interpersonal and organisational skills, enjoy a challenge and have a passion to deliver a high standard of patient care, then this is the opportunity for you!
Main duties of the job
You will support and assist Registered Nurses/Midwives as a member of the nursing team and under supervision perform a broad range of activities and assigned tasks as required by the patients individualised care plans.
