Job overview

Manage the Community Clinic Admin/Reception and domestic  staff on a day to day basis ensuring that the administrative and cleaning needs of the services are achieved to the required standards.

To ensure patients and all contacts to the service are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner and that the experience is positive.

In conjunction with the Community Clinics Management team drive the delivery of a consistent service across the Community Clinics.

In conjunction with the line manager to liaise on any

Facilities and Estates issues related to Community Clinics.

The successful candidate will be required to travel across Bournemouth and Poole therefore a car driver and a clean driving licence is essential for this post.

Main duties of the job

Do you have excellent organisational skills, enjoy working in different locations across Bournemouth and Poole, and love a challenge? We are looking for an adaptable and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Community Clinic and Outside Unit Supervisor on a permanent basis to provide day to day management and facilities support for the staff and services using our clinics.

You will have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and proven IT skills. The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and can cope well under pressure in a busy clinic environments. The successful applicants will be knowledgeable in National HealthCare Cleaning standards and have an awareness and understanding of Infection Prevention Control. You will also take an interest in Health and Safety matters and Fire regulations.

This is a permanent post of 30 hours per week, to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, with one late finish a week. Hours to be discussed at interview.

Employment in this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of.  Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
