We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible Band 3 Clinical Support Team Administrator to support our inpatient clinical teams, in particular supporting the Medics across five wards within the Adult Inpatient Services based at Hellesdon Hospital. This role will involve a range of administration duties to meet the needs of our clinical teams and service users.

Effective team work skills and a commitment to the provision of a positive service user experience across an inpatient setting is essential.

You will be joining a demanding fast paced environment using the Trust’s EPR.

Previous experience of Trust IT systems would be of benefit but not essential as all training will be provided.

  • Working hours will be 37.5 over a 5 day week, Monday to Friday, however part time hours would be considered.
  • The position is based at Hellesdon Hospital, Norwich where limited on-site parking is available.
  • Occasional travel may be required and flexibility essential.

To provide the best service to our service users and staff, the ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, to remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

Please note that this role does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a skilled worker visa. The Trust will not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship, so any successfully appointed candidate will need to maintain their own independent right to work for the duration of their role.
