An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced nurse to join our Critical Care team as a Clinical Nurse Manager.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for supporting the delivery of safe, effective, person-centred care within a busy and highly specialised critical care environment. The post holder will provide visible clinical leadership, support staff development, promote high standards of care, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of services for patients and families. We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate leader who can demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to support and motivate teams. The successful candidate will have a clear commitment to quality, safety, professional standards and continuous improvement.
We are located on the banks of the River Clyde and have free accessible car parking on site for staff. We also have the Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel as part of our Board, which is a 4-star hotel offering benefits and discounts for staff, including access to leisure facilities.
