Main duties of the job

As our Clinical Lead GP, you will combine clinical practice with influential leadership. You will join a supportive, ambitious organisation that values innovation, empowers clinicians, and recognises the importance of continuity, collaboration, and compassionate care.

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centred clinical care
  • Provide clinical leadership across the practice

Recruitment Process:

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: Up to £120,000 per annum dependent on experience
  • Flexibility: Full-time (40 hours) or Part-time (30 hours) can be considered
  • 15-minute appointments, when clinical
  • NHS Pension with 20.6% employer contribution
  • 38 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays) (pro rata for part-time)
  • Indemnity cover for the hours worked
  • 10% of weekly hours allocated for CPD
