We are seeking a visionary and experienced Clinical Director to join the Midlothian Health & Social Care Partnership (MHSCP). This is a unique opportunity to lead clinical transformation across integrated health and social care services, improving outcomes for a growing and diverse population.

As a senior leader within the MHSCP Executive Management Team, you will provide strategic clinical leadership, ensure robust clinical governance, and drive service redesign aligned with national and local priorities.

Main Duties of the Job

  • Lead the development and planning of clinical services across MHSCP.
  • Ensure safe, effective, and high-quality care through strong clinical governance.
  • Manage and support clinical staff including Consultants, GPs, and the Lead Pharmacist.
  • Drive service transformation to address health inequalities and improve patient experience.
  • Represent MHSCP in regional forums and contribute to NHS Lothian-wide planning.

Provide clinical leadership to the Integration Joint Board (IJB), if nominated
