ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Regional Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester, you'll lead, support and continuously improve the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in nine of our care homes in the areas of Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire, Northampton, Gosmore, Melbourn and St Peter in Jersey. Your duties may include organizing new training, attracting key senior clinical staff, and conducting clinical investigations, utilizing your leadership abilities and passion for delivering top-quality care.

ABOUT YOUTo join us as a Regional Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration. You must also provide evidence of continued professional development and have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements. An experienced nurse, you'll have worked in a care home environment and are a confident clinical mentor, including with newly-qualified nurses. Your leadership skills, sharp analytical mind and the ability to share knowledge, build relationships, and deliver on your action plans enables you to deliver impressive results.
