We are looking to recruit a motivated Receptionist with excellent personable and communication skills.
Your duties will be making and changing appointments on Careflow, arranging appointments by phone or sending out appointment letters, answering telephone queries, reception and general office duties and generally enabling the department to run smoothly.

Main duties of the job
- To receive telephone call from patients relating to making appointments: to deal with these calls and take appropriate action in professional, helpful and polite manner.
- To make appointments via outbound calls to the patients to fill un-utilised slots.
- To deal with amendments/cancellations, re-scheduling of Outpatient appointments.
- To ensure reception desk is covered at all times and all patients are booked into the department in a professional, helpful and polite manner.
- To ensure that all mail is accurately dispatched for collection on a daily basis Monday to Friday.
