An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time fixed-term/secondment clerical officer/appointment officer to join our progressive and developing multi-professional teams within the TRES Services based at TORT Centre, Ninewells Hospital.

The post holder should have good interpersonal skills, with a good telephone manner, keyboard skills and computer literate. Knowledge of booking appointments, processing referrals and working practices of hospital routines would be advantageous, although training will be given.

The hours of this post will be 20 hours per week – Monday to Friday. Fixed Term/secondment for 10 Months.

You will be required to comply with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland throughout your employment.
