
This is an exciting opportunity to work for the Emergency Department based at the Royal Victoria Infirmary.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and reliable staff to join our very busy team. You will be required to provide administrative support within the main Emergency Department, and Urgent Treatmnet centre. Excellent inter-personal and organisational skills are essential as you will be first point of contact for patients, staff and visitors.

Duties include patient registration via the units electronic systems, admission of patients via hospital system filing, photocopying, telephone enquiries, making of clinic appointments, processing of daily documentation, as well as face to face enquires from the general public, patients, visitors and staff.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and processing skills. You will be required to work within a large multi-disciplinary team and be capable of undertaking a demanding workload. You should be familiar and confident with Microsoft office packages, and experience of working within the NHS would be advantageous. Knowledge of e-Record and System o ne would be desirable. Full training will be given.
