CLERICAL OFFICER

FIXED TERM OR SECONDMENT

ABERDEEN ROYAL INFIRMARY

Monday – Friday, 36hrs per week, part time hours may be considered

The Admin Support within the pharmacy department currently require a temporary band 3 Clerical Officer to provide administration and data input support to the teams for up to 12 months (March 2027).Applicants will possess excellent organisational and time management skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent IT skills. NHS experience, including using systems such as Pecos and SSTS is desirable.

The successful applicant will be self-motivated, have the ability to work within a team, on their own initiative and with minimal supervision.
