We are currently recruiting for dedicated individuals to join our growing team in the genomics central laboratory at St Jamess University Hospital, as Clerical Officer.

Main duties of the job

Working closely with colleagues at Leeds and across the wider North East and Yorkshire (NEY) region, youll be responsible for the: Collating and producing sending sheets for samples tested elsewhere in the region. Issuing reports. Reception duties - answer door and phone, take in deliveries, accept visitors. Triaging admin team email queries. Paperwork distribution across the various teams in the department. Uploading data files onto the booking system. Scanning paperwork. Transcribing meeting minutes. Administrative tasks for the lab quality management team.
