The Role

The Clerical Officer provides comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

The working pattern for this role is: 12.5 hours, days and nights, 24/7

In this key role, you will:

  • General reception duties.
  • Switchboard.
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Photocopying.

  • Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role
  • Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
