We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced registered nurse to join our Stroke team. This is an exciting opportunity o become part of our team to, support and manage patient centred care within the acute stroke unit.

Ward 42 is a 24 bedded Acute and early rehabilitation Stroke Unit. The ward offers 24/7 specialised stroke care from when patients are first admitted to the hospital and aim to provide the highest standard of quality, evidence-based care.

This role will include working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to support them in driving local and national stroke care standards. The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to leading person centred, safe and effective care.

This post is working full-time 36 hours per week, working over 7 days per week, including weekend and out of hours working.
