Main duties of the job

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Supervisor to join our team at Camberley Heights Care Home in Camberley, Surrey. The role involves managing, supporting, and guiding a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards. Responsibilities include promoting and delivering high-quality person-centred care, monitoring and reporting residents' progress, handling concerns and complaints, and providing ongoing support for residents, their families, and the Care Services Team. Candidates must live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that they do. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, a recognised Medication administration qualification, previous experience in a Senior Care role, and the ability to organise, lead, inspire, and influence a team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as Care Supervisor will be to manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and ensuring that our residents choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Promoting and delivering high quality person-centred care to our residents.
• Closely monitoring and reporting on residents daily progress, ensuring all observations and interventions are recorded.
• Dealing with any concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives in a polite, prompt and appropriate manner as soon as they occur.
• Providing ongoing support for the residents, their families and the Care Services Team.

ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate must have:

• A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• A recognised Medication administration qualification and experience.
