An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, organised and patient focussed individual to join the team at Mallaig & Arisaig Medical Practice as a Care Navigator/Receptionist.
Mallaig & Arisaig Medical Practice serves a population of approx. 1800 patients and provides a high quality, person centred service to the local community. The Practice is located in Scotland’s stunning west coast, offering an exceptional quality of life with easy access to beautiful beaches, mountains, islands and outdoor activities. The Practice is supported by a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team committed to delivering safe, effective and compassionate care to our patients.
As part of the Care Navigator/Receptionist Team you will be the first point of contact for patients, helping them access the most appropriate service, clinician or support for their needs. You will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive timely care and that Practice resources are used effectively.
