Barchester Healthcare are looking for an experienced and dedicated Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role within the home's management team. Providing the General Manager with the support needed to ensure the efficient running of a high quality home, this varied position encompasses managing Customer Experience elements alongside, HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance and the supervision of junior members of the administration team. RESPONSIBILITIES Promote a warm and welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors Manage enquiries and showrounds of the home for prospective families, including managing the customer database appropriately to support the commercial performance and conversion of enquiries for the home Drive the occupancy and reputation of the Care Home as part of a community engagement team Support resident and family feedback with a focus on customer care

NEED TO HAVE Experience in a customer facing role Previous involvement in HR administration and recruitment High level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise Proficient user of Microsoft- specifically Word, Excel and Outlook CIPD qualification would be beneficial
