The role of Business Operations Development Manager will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team to drive business commercial expansion and deliver the corporate 3 year strategy.

The role will work closely with the Managing Director, to support in the development of a number of existing and new workstreams. As a result, the role requires someone who can operate at all levels, manage projects effectively (and to budget) and provide good sound commercial judgement across a number of areas.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for day-to-day leadership and operational management of all associated commercial activities.

Support the Managing Director to ensure that the business maximises all commercial opportunities and delivers ambitious, sustainable and progressive growth.

Providing oversight and direction for all designated work stream projects, including the development of project plans, ensuring consistency with the business strategic vision, goals and objectives.

Planning, negotiating and offering expert advice to ensure sufficient resources are available to undertake the business activities within the given timescales.

Provide clear support to assigned business development projects, acting as a positive role model and actively promoting the corporate vision, strategic aims and values supporting the drive towards a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
