Main duties of the job
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record in providing analytical solutions within major programmes or complex projects. The post holder will support with the implementation of digital solutions across the New Hospital Programme, working alongside the Senior Systems manager. We're looking for someone who brings:
- Strong research and problem solving abilities with the clarity to make clear recommendations
- Proven analytical capability and experience developing digital or data driven solutions
- Confidence in challenging assumptions and influencing stakeholders
- Experience building dashboards and visualisations (Power BI preferred)
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a large, complex programme

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in our offices.
Staff recruited from outside the NHS will usually be appointed at the bottom of the pay band.
