A new opportunity has arisen for a Business Services Administrator to join an expanding team within the Digital and Information Directorate, NHS Fife.

You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support within the Digital and Information Directorate. You will be required to undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties to maintain the smooth running of the Directorate and assist department managers by providing relevant and timely information as a matter of routine.

Although this post is supervised, you must be able to prioritise tasks and use their own initiative.

You will be a reliable, organised and approachable individual.

You should be educated to a National Certificate in Secretarial Studies and / or previous office experience or equivalent. Sufficient English skills are necessary to allow the post holder to communicate effectively with a wide range of staff.

Experience / knowledge of Microsoft Software e.g., Excel, sufficient skills to enable confident use and production of basic graphs / reports.

Excellent keyboard skills along with experience of minute taking / action note skills.

Data inputting requiring a high level of attention to detail.

Effective communication skills are required to deal diplomatically with all levels of NHS staff.
