Shifts: Monday - Thursday between 7am-9pm, Friday 7am - 6pm & Weekend Availability
£13.10 per hour

The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to manage a high-volume caseload of patients from referral through to discharge. This role is critical in ensuring the organisation consistently meets — and exceeds — service delivery expectations, both quantitatively and qualitatively, for all referrers. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting the patient journey with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure complex administrative tasks and support functions meet required standards and deadlines.
- Manage, appraise, and interpret data, information, and/or situations to support decision-making.
- Handle all enquiries and queries efficiently and effectively, escalating when appropriate.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and other stakeholders.
- Accurately enter, modify, maintain, and present data using appropriate electronic or manual systems.
- Prepare standard and ad hoc reports as requested by the department.
- Provide comprehensive clinic support, including:Liaising with patients and consultants via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactionsBooking and amending appointments using designated systems (training provided)Coordinating room and consultant availability and managing workloadsSupporting Consultant/GP partnershipsCreating, altering, or cancelling clinics to meet business needs
