Priory Richmond House is looking to recruit a Staff Nurse to join the team.Due to limits on sponsorship allocations, we are not currently in a position to offer sponsorship to new candidates for these roles, this remains under review. Based in Harleston, Norfolk, Richmond House is a level 2 rehabilitation service for those with a learning disability. We can support adult females with a range of needs, including those who are on the autism spectrum, those with a personality disorders, complex mental health needs, and those with a history of offending behaviours.We support people to improve their skills and strengthen their independence, enabling safe continuation of care and transition into community placements.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework.
- Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patients named nurse.
- Accurately observe and engage with patients in order to assess their need and evaluate their progress.
- Monitor and review Nursing Care plans.

What you'll bring to the role
Essential

Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.A qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration and 6–12 months post-registration experience, including completion of a preceptorship programme, this individual demonstrates sound knowledge of NMC guidelines, requirements, and professional standards. They show evidence of ongoing post-registration professional development and display a positive attitude toward change, improvement, and quality. With the ability to adopt flexible and innovative approaches to practice, they also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
