Practice Plus Group are looking for a Bank Receptionist in our South West London service to prepare and open a centre for patients, doctors and nurses arrival and ensure patients are seen in a professional manner following the guidelines issued by Practice Plus Group.

Click Here This role is to assist with cover across Bank Holidays, including Christmas and New Year. Our OOH service is open from 18.30-08.00 Monday to Friday and 24 hours over the weekend. We can offer a range of sessions to allow you to flexibly choose the right shift pattern for you. Main duties of the job

Youll be the welcoming presence and organised mind that helps keep things running smoothly during our out-of-hours services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients warmly and registering them efficiently
  • Managing telephone enquiries, bookings and patient queries
  • Supporting clinical teams by coordinating patient flow
  • Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring the reception area is calm, tidy and professional
  • Adapting quickly to changing demands during busy periods
