Job overview

Are you a fully qualified, experienced and current emergency response driving instructor looking for a flexible opportunity to support an established, high-performing team?

We are seeking experienced, qualified and in-date emergency response driving instructors to join our team on a bank contract basis. These roles are intended to strengthen the resilience of our existing instructor workforce, providing additional capacity to support the continued delivery of our nationally recognised emergency response driver training programmes.

As a bank instructor, you will work alongside our established team to deliver high-quality emergency response driving instruction across the Trust. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring our frontline clinicians have the skills and confidence to respond safely and effectively to patients.

Our instructor team delivers training to newly appointed Paramedics and Emergency Care Assistants, equipping them with the emergency response driving skills they rely on every day. We also provide a range of specialist driver training, including 4x4 off-road driving, trailer towing, convoy driving and other specialist operational courses.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified instructors who are looking for flexible work while contributing to the development of the Trust's emergency response capability and helping maintain the highest standards of driver training.
