Main duties of the job

Agincare Homes Holdings is looking for a Bank Care Team Leader to join their team at Swan House in Winslow on a permanent basis. The role involves leading by example, providing high-quality care, and supporting residents with personal care, daily living, and meaningful activities. Candidates should have a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK, at least 2 years experience in social care, and QCF Level 2 (or above). The position requires flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
