As Pharmacy Operations and Performance Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operational delivery of pharmacy services at your designated site, ensuring services are safe, efficient and responsive to the needs of patients and staff.

Your core responsibilities will include:

- Managing and developing staff, including line management of staff and support for other pharmacy managers

- Monitoring performance against agreed objectives and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement

- Managing budgets and contributing to cost improvement and efficiency proposals

- Overseeing automation and IT systems within the department

- Resolving complaints and operational issues, escalating appropriately where needed

We are looking for someone with significant post-registration experience, a proven track record in operational or performance management, and strong leadership and communication skills. You will be confident managing budgets, handling conflict and complaints professionally, and building effective relationships across teams. Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council is essential. Hospital pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential, so we welcome applications from pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who share our ambition to deliver excellent pharmacy services.
