If so, we are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Registered Nurse with experience in managing children's continence and with excellent communication and team working skills.
Our friendly team are looking forward to welcoming and supporting enthusiastic Registered Nurses with an interest and experience in promoting and managing children's continence.
You will provide specialist clinical skills and knowledge to children/young people, (CYP), parents/carers; professional and non-professional staff across health and other providers, such as education, to support the promotion of bladder and bowel health and function and the management of incontinence.

Main duties of the job
The role supports children and young people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland with complex continence needs. Responsibilities include triaging referrals, identifying appropriate care pathways, and delivering specialist interventions to help achieve and maintain optimal bladder and bowel function.
The postholder will provide clinical leadership within the Specialist Children's Continence Service, supporting, developing and coordinating staff while monitoring service quality, outcomes and risk. Duties include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating evidence based care, and offering continence advice to parents, carers and professionals through clinical work, teaching and service development.
The role contributes to maintaining high clinical standards, updating practice and supporting multidisciplinary work. It involves reviewing continence needs in community settings such as homes, schools, residential homes and clinics, and ensuring care plans are implemented effectively.
A full UK driving licence and access to a car during working hours are required.
