<h2>Job Introduction</h2><p>As a Band 5 Ward Nurse, you will join our friendly and supportive team on Harty Ward at Sheppey Community Hospital. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to patients as they recover, rehabilitate and regain independence. Harty Ward provides a calm, patient focused environment where you can deliver high quality, holistic care. You will work closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, building strong relationships with patients and their families while supporting them through their recovery journey.
