Main duties of the job
As a Band 5 Community Nurse, you will join a dedicated team working in Kent, committed to patient rehabilitation and high-quality service. This permanent role offers a supportive Preceptorship scheme for newly qualified nurses, integrating face to face, e-learning, and workshops for career development. You will provide care to patients in their community, using strong communication and organizational skills to deliver positive healthcare experiences. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential. You will work interdisciplinary with the hours stretching from 8am to 8pm. Your responsibilities include caring for patients and their families, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to improvements in service delivery. The role emphasizes valuing every contact within the organization, encompassing patients, staff, and the wider community. IT proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Ideal Candidate:
We're looking forBand 5 Nurses with an RGN qualification and license to practice, to join our community nursing team.
You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
