Job summary

Oral and Maxillofacial Department are looking for a part time 15hrs per week support secretary. The successful candidate would be welcomed into a busy but friendly department. We would be looking for someone on a part time basis (15hrs) who is able to learn quickly and undertake instructions as necessary. Main duties of the job

The main duties of the role are typing clinical letters and correspondence, booking appointments and liaising with patients on the telephone as necessary regarding the appointments and therefore a friendly and confident telephone manner would be required.
