An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the inpatients - Adults and Specialist Rehabilitation Division, to support our clinical services.

The working hours are between Monday - Sunday 8-8.

Main duties of the job

The posts will cover a range of administrative duties, predominately data input, photocopying, telephone answering, monitoring of generic/personal email accounts, scheduling of appointments, pulling patient records.   Experience working on Rio.  Welcoming visitors.

Person specification

Experience

Essential

  • • Experience of using word processing packages
  • • Experience in a similar administrative/business support role

Desirable

  • • Experience working in the NHS or public sector.

Qualifications

Essential

  • • GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English

Skills/knowledge

Essential

  • • Knowledge of database input, producing standard reports
  • • Knowledge of electronic patient information systems, Ability to input accurately
  • • Good organisation skills
  • • IT skills including word, excel and outlook
  • • Customer service experience

Personal qualities

Essential

  • • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
  • • Willingness to undertake training as required
