- Gradually build your experience in strategic partnering
- Be supported to lead on increasingly complex workforce initiatives
- Receive coaching and mentorship from experienced HRBPs and senior leaders
You will play a key role in helping services deliver safe, high-quality patient care by ensuring they have the right people, skills, and culture in place.
Main duties of the job
Key Duties of the role:
- Partner with Divisional teams, supported by a People Advisor, to provide expert HR support and advice
- Support organisational change programmes, including restructures and service redesign
- Contribute to workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and talent initiatives
- Use workforce data to identify trends and support evidence-based decision making
- Work collaboratively across People services (ER, Recruitment, OD, EDI)
- Coach and support managers to build confidence and capability in people management

- CIPD Level 5 (working towards Level 7 or equivalent experience)
- Experience in an HR advisory role within a complex organisation
- Sound knowledge of employment law and HR practice
- Experience managing employee relations cases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine commitment to learning and professional development
Desirable:
- Experience within the NHS or public sector
- Understanding of Agenda for Change terms and conditions
- Experience supporting change or transformation initiatives
